Happy New Year!
Looking back at 2023, I am so grateful for the chance to help many families find or sell their dream homes. And a special thanks to several landlord clients whose properties I helped lease. It was an amazing year, and I couldn’t have done it without my wonderful clients. Together, we achieved something to be proud of!
Last year’s housing market was challenging due to a shortage of available homes, the lowest in three decades, resulting in buyer competition. Mortgage rates went up, yet home prices didn’t go down. However, in 2024, we are beginning to see lower mortgage rates and a slight uptick in inventory. That’s good news for buyers and sellers.
Thank you for assisting me in gaining high recognition in the real estate industry in 2023. I am proud to have received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award, which means I am among the top 7% CB realtor agents worldwide. Moreover, I received the esteemed New Jersey Realtor’s Circle of Excellence Bronze Level Award, which acknowledges members who have demonstrated excellence in salesmanship. Additionally, due to my sales achievements in 2023, Coldwell Banker Realty ranked me at #24 among the 315 realtors in our Westfield office.
